"Urban palimpsests" is an ongoing series of hand-drawn and digitally produced drawings.
The drawings include a situationist reading of Venice’s urban landscape, an analytique overlaying series of readings of EUR (Esposizione Universale Roma) on the elevation of the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana (composed on 6 separate sheets), and a critical analysis of the typological elements of Piranesi’s Campo Marzio.
